Baby Grapevine Messaging offers a combined voicemail, email and text messaging service that allows you to keep friends and family up-to-date from the minute you go into labour until after your baby has been born - helping everyone share the excitement.
 1. Register
Register with Baby Grapevine and get a unique Baby Grapevine account ready for the big day!
 2. Contact Details
Simply enter the mobile phone numbers and/or email addresses of friends and family onto your account.
3. Going Into Labour
As soon as you go into labour ring your Baby Grapevine service and leave a voice message letting everyone know labour has started.
 Baby Grapevine will simultaneously send a text message and/or email to all your friends and families letting them know your baby is on its way.
Your friends and family are automatically sent the Baby Grapevine telephone number so they can then ring the number and listen to the message that has just been left.
4. During Labour
Throughout labour get your partner to leave regular updates so your friends and family can keep right up-to-date with the latest developments. This will prevent them from worrying and help them share in the excitement.
 5. Baby has arrived!
As soon as the baby is born, get your partner to ring the service and leave a Birth Announcement message. Baby Grapevine will then simultaneously send out a special text and email message to everyone on your F&F list that your baby has been born.
They can then ring into the service and hear all the good news and leave a congratulatory message that mum and dad can listen to later.
You can continue to leave regular updates whilst you are in hospital so F&F can be kept informed of your progress.
